About Thriving Jobs

People with mental health conditions often face significant barriers when accessing, maintaining and progressing in employment. These barriers may include stigma, lack of workplace adaptations, limited access to training, unstable working conditions and insufficient professional support.

Thriving Jobs was created to respond to these challenges. The project focuses not only on access to employment, but also on the quality, stability and sustainability of employment pathways. It aims to provide practical resources for professionals and organisations so they can better support people with mental health conditions in building meaningful and long-term employment opportunities.

Quality employment is more than getting a job. It is about stability, inclusion, well-being, development and long-term sustainability.
