In accordance with the requirements of the Erasmus+ programme, all personal data collected and processed through this Website will be retained for a period of five (5) years starting from the official evaluation and acceptance date of the project’s final report by the competent National Agency.

This retention period applies to all categories of data, including but not limited to contact details, participation records, communication logs, and usage statistics, and is necessary to meet audit and accountability obligations.
