The guidebook offers practical guidance for employment support professionals, HR professionals, trainers and other stakeholders on how to create more inclusive, supportive and sustainable employment pathways for people with mental health conditions. It includes key concepts, practical tools, real-life examples and recommendations developed through the Thriving Jobs project.
