Why Thriving Jobs?

People with mental health conditions often face barriers to accessing, maintaining and progressing in employment. These barriers may include stigma, lack of workplace adaptations, unstable working conditions and insufficient professional support.

Thriving Jobs responds to this challenge by developing practical resources for professionals and organisations, helping them support more inclusive, stable and meaningful employment pathways.

Quality employment is more than job access.

It is about stability, inclusion, well-being, development and long-term sustainability.

Project results

The project will develop practical and accessible resources to support professionals, organisations and employers in promoting job quality and inclusion for people with mental health conditions.

The partnership

Thriving Jobs is developed by a European partnership bringing together organisations with experience in mental health, employment inclusion, training and innovation.
