What does quality employment really mean for people with mental health conditions?

And how can professionals and employers contribute to creating more inclusive, supportive and sustainable employment pathways?

The Thriving Jobs project leaflet is now available in English, Spanish and Italian, offering a clear and accessible introduction to the project, its objectives and the resources currently being developed.

Thriving Jobs is an Erasmus+ initiative focused on improving job quality, stability and professional development for people with mental health conditions. The project brings together organisations from Spain and Italy with experience in mental health, employment support, vocational education and social innovation.

Through the project, the partnership is developing practical resources for:

  • professionals supporting people with mental health conditions in their employment pathways;

  • trainers and educators working in vocational education and social inclusion;

  • employers and HR professionals seeking to create more inclusive workplaces;

  • organisations committed to improving employment opportunities and working conditions.

The leaflet provides an overview of the challenges addressed by the project, the main activities planned and the results that will be made available throughout its implementation.

Whether you are an employment professional, educator, employer, organisation or simply interested in mental health inclusion at work, the leaflet is a useful first step to discover the Thriving Jobs approach.
