The Thriving Jobs project is proud to announce a major milestone in our mission to enhance job quality and inclusion for individuals with mental health conditions.

Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our project partner TECNOPOLIS Parco Scientifico e Tecnologico, we have officially welcomed our first two supporting stakeholders who have signed the formal Collaboration Letter: Confindustria Bari Barletta Andria Trani (BAT) and the Municipality of Valenzano.

By signing the letter of intent, these organizations have formally recognized the added value of the Thriving Jobs project and committed to contributing their unique expertise to our activities.

A Powerful Synergy: Business and Community Together

To create truly inclusive, equitable, and supportive work environments, we need a holistic approach that involves both the business sector and local public institutions. The combined support of a major industrial association and a dedicated local municipality provides exactly this powerful synergy.

Confindustria Bari BAT: Bridging the Gap with Employers

As the association representing industrial enterprises in the metropolitan city of Bari and the BAT province, Confindustria acts as a fundamental link between local businesses, public administrations, and social organizations. Their involvement is crucial to ensuring our project methodologies are practical and relevant for the business community.

The Municipality of Valenzano: Driving Societal Change

Complementing the business perspective, the Municipality of Valenzano highlights the vital role of local governance in championing social inclusion. Their institutional support ensures that the innovative resources developed for Vocational Education and Training (VET) professionals are firmly grounded in the local territory.

Furthermore, the current Councillor for Social Policies of the Municipality of Valenzano - Mr. Giuseppe Del Grosso - also collaborates with the Section for the Study and Support of Legislation and Guarantee Policies of the Regional Council of Puglia, and in particular with the Office of the Guarantor of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

Next Steps in Our Collaboration

In the upcoming phases of the project, both Confindustria Bari BAT and the Municipality of Valenzano will play an active role in the practical application and piloting of our developed materials, methodologies, and tools. They will also serve as key amplifiers, supporting the dissemination of our results within their extensive networks.

Welcome aboard to our new partners! Stay tuned to our website for more updates as we put our tools to the test in the field.
