The Thriving Jobs consortium is thrilled to announce a new milestone with LADI officially signing the Collaboration Letter to become a supporting stakeholder. This collaboration represents a tremendous mutual added value for both the Thriving Jobs implementation and LADI's ongoing organizational mission.
Supporting Entrepreneurs and Professionals with Disability in Italy
LADI is a dedicated Italian organization that actively supports entrepreneurs and professionals with disability, providing them with essential guidance, resources, and advocacy to help them succeed and thrive in the business world. Additional information about their vision and mission are available on the official website: https://ladiets.org/
Strengthening Inclusive Employment Tools for Vulnerable Groups
For our project, LADI’s deep expertise in supporting professionals with disability and their strong operational capacity are crucial assets. We will rely on their insights, as well those of additional supporting stakeholders, to further ensure our tools are effective, practical, and responsive to the real challenges faced by vulnerable groups in the labour market.
A Collaboration Built on Shared Values
Conversely, this synergy aligns perfectly with LADI’s commitment to promoting inclusive, equitable, and supportive work environments. By collaborating with our project consortium, LADI will gain direct access to the innovative resources we are developing, such as the Guidebook for Professionals and Educational Materials for Organizations. This will further enhance their own capacity to implement successful labour integration practices and provide even stronger support to the entrepreneurs and professionals they serve.
Advancing Inclusive Workplaces and Reducing Stigma
We expect to jointly achieve a highly meaningful and sustainable impact by working hand in hand on several key actions. Together, we will strongly advocate for inclusive workplaces by promoting employment practices that support the integration and retention of individuals with mental health conditions, directly addressing and reducing workplace stigma.
Expanding the Impact of Thriving Jobs Across Professional Networks
Furthermore, LADI will help amplify our impact by disseminating project results, sharing good practices, and raising awareness within their extensive professional networks.
We are confident that alongside LADI, the Thriving Jobs project will drive broader societal change towards true inclusivity, taking a significant step toward creating more equitable labour markets strongly aligned with the European values of equality, diversity, and non-discrimination.
