The Thriving Jobs project has officially started

  • Jan 13
  • 1 min read

This Erasmus+ project brings together organisations from Spain and Italy with experience in mental health, employment inclusion, training and innovation.

The project aims to strengthen the skills of professionals who support people with mental health conditions in their employment pathways. It will focus not only on access to employment, but also on job quality, stability, well-being and long-term sustainability.

During the project, the partnership will develop practical resources for professionals and local organisations, including a guidebook and educational materials to support inclusive workplace practices.

In the coming months, partners will work on the development of the project methodology, the early validation process and the first steps towards the creation of the guidebook.
